Chief Justice took oath from three judges
Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Aamir Farooq on Thursday took oath from three additional Judges for their posting as confirmed Judges. Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Saman Riffat Imtiaz have been appointed as confirmed judges at the IHC.

Event of Flag Hoisting and Plantation Campaign
The Honourable Chief Justice and Judges of the Islamabad High Court have decided to hold the event of flag hoisting to re-affirm our commitment to the ideals and vision of the makers of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The national flag will be hoisted in a simple ceremony on 14th August 2020 by representatives of the Honourable Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court and the Presidents of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association and District Bar Association, respectively.
The IHC celebrated the 70th Independence Anniversary
The Islamabad high court celebrated the 70th independence anniversary of motherland with full zeal and pledged to be unite to safeguard the country against any threat. In this connection a graceful ceremony was held at Islamabad High court building which was chaired by Chief Justice, Muhammad Anwar khan kasi. Judges of high court, Registrar of IHC, advocate general Islamabad, District and session judges, judges of special courts, bar members, senior lawyers, media persons and a large number of children honored the event with their participation. Chief Justice while addressing the gathering, said that it was necessary to unite under the constitution of Pakistan in the interest of nation by ensuring its supremacy. He stressed that the people needed to shun their differences and come together to secure the country's future. Chief justice hoisted the national flag following which the national anthem was recited and special prayers were offered for the prosperity, integrity and solidarity of the country and success of the long drawn struggle of kashmiris as well.
IT Orientation Workshop on 22nd & 23rd Sep, 2016
The Islamabad High Court is pleased to organize an IT two days orientation workshop on 22nd September (in IHC at 10:30 AM) and 23rd September (in District Courts at 10:30 AM) to demonstrate the I.T facilities i.e. all features of newly developed official website, Online Case Flow Management System for litigant and lawyers, CFMS of High Court and District Courts, Mobile Apps, Lawyers Record Management System (LRMS) and to launch its Mobile Apps and Two way SMS service. All stakeholders are requested to kindly attend said Workshop.
Inauguration of New Website
New dynamic website of Islamabad High court has been developed by Programmer of IT department of Islamabad High Court. Inauguration of website will be on Nov 16, 2015 Monday in Islamabad High Court. The Honorable Chief Justice will inaugurate the launching of website.
